Provides a safe transfer of children between parents for off-site parenting time. The exchanges help ease tension of parenting arrangements for children and parents, eliminating direct contact between parents and reducing opportunities for children to be subjected to conflict at the time of transfer. Parents do not come into contact with one another during the exchange due to staggered arrival and departure times. Staff document impartial, factual observations and accompany children throughout their time at the center.
