Supervised Parenting Time
Provides an opportunity for non-residential parents to spend time with their children while parenting arrangements or contact issues are being resolved. Supervised Parenting Time takes place on-site in a group setting and is fully supervised by trained staff to encourage a positive adult-child interaction.
Staff document impartial, factual observations and intervene when the safety, health, or well-being of the child or other participants is at risk. Parents do not come into contact with one another at the center due to staggered arrival and departure times. At least two fully trained staff are on site at all times and the children are accompanied by staff throughout their time at the center.
